What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
We measure page visits and a small set of service, consultation and enquiry interactions so we can improve the website. Analytics events do not include names, contact details, message text or form values. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
Please never include passwords, API keys, private keys, production database credentials or confidential source code in a web form. If an engagement requires sensitive material, we will agree a secure channel in writing first.
Submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored in an access-restricted database. Only Nincol staff who need it can read your request. We retain records only while operationally or legally necessary, and we do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond. Nincol processes personal data in Kenya and takes account of the Data Protection Act and guidance issued by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
