Can I use the recommendation with another vendor?
Yes. Recommendations and deliverables are designed to remain useful with your internal team or a delivery partner you choose.
What is outside an advisory engagement?
Every scope states what will be examined, what will be delivered and what is excluded. Work outside that agreement is not added without written confirmation.

What happens after I submit a request?
Nincol reviews the request and replies within one business day with a useful next step, any necessary questions and an indication of fit.
How is the final fee determined?
Call or WhatsApp us for a quote. The fee depends on the agreed scope, available evidence, system complexity and the depth of review required, and is agreed in writing before work begins.
What material will you need?
That depends on the decision. Relevant documents and interviews are agreed during scoping. Do not submit passwords, private keys or production credentials through a website form.
How long will the work take?
Timing is confirmed with the written scope because it depends on complexity, access to evidence and the availability of the people who hold context.
